Wolf Pack Golf League is operated by Wolf Pack Golf Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16583925). By registering a team, creating a portal account, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

Entering a team into the league costs a one-off registration fee of £200 per team, regardless of squad size, covering that team's place in the league for the season. The fee includes VAT. Payment is taken securely by card through Stripe.

When you register you can choose how to pay:

• Pay now — the captain pays the full £200 online. Your team is set up automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
• Pay later — we confirm your registration and set up your team, and the £200 is then paid from the captain's portal. The captain can pay the whole amount, or choose which players on their roster share it: the fee is divided equally between the chosen players and each is emailed their own secure payment link. Each person only pays the share shown on their link, and the team's fee counts as paid once the full £200 has been received. We may email players who haven't yet paid their share to remind them.

You can cancel your team's registration and receive a full refund of the registration fee within 14 days of payment, no questions asked — this matches the statutory cooling-off period for online purchases under UK consumer law. Refunds are always made to the person who paid. Where the fee was shared between players, each person's share is refunded to them, and the 14 days run from the date of that person's payment.

To cancel, email us at info@wolfpackgolfleague.com. Outside of the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion — for example, if your team needs to withdraw partway through a season, get in touch and we'll do our best to find a fair outcome. Separately, our withdrawal rules cover what happens to a fixture if a team can't field enough players on the day.

• Team captains are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit — including their squad's handicaps, which must genuinely reflect each player's current handicap.
• Keep your account password secure, and let us know straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• We may suspend or remove an account or team that provides false information, misrepresents a player's handicap, or otherwise breaches these terms or our league rules.

The format, scoring, handicap allowances, and tournament structure of the league are set out in full on our Format & Rules page, which forms part of these terms. We may update the league rules between seasons; we'll always post the current rules on that page.

Golf is a physical sport played at your own risk. We're not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from playing in a fixture, and it's your responsibility to make sure you're fit to play and that your own equipment and travel arrangements are in order.

We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we can't be held liable for losses arising from downtime or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
